TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There will be a 2.75% transaction fee added to all purchases on each lot of $3000 and higher, and 10% transaction fee will be added to all lots below $3000. Online purchases will be charged an additional 2% Internet Purchase Fee. These nominal fees assist us with administration costs. Complete payment is due within one hour of the sale ending time. Payments can be made either by wire transfer, certified check or cashier's check. Cash payments are also accepted but require a $1000.00 deposit prior to the sale. Personal or company checks will be accepted if accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank.

This letter of guarantee must include the following: "Your Bank will guarantee or honor your check up to a specified amount for purchases made at this auction." All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. Bank letters can either be faxed to 515-473-6485 or emailed to bid@govocon.com. If you are unable to obtain a bank letter, Credit Card deposits are also accepted. Please call 1-866-218-6266 for further information.

All items are sold "As Is" / "Where Is". Bidders are encouraged and acknowledge they can inspect the Equipment and are not relying upon any photos, videos, representation, statement or other assertions made with respect to the Equipment's condition; but is relying upon its own knowledge regarding the Equipment and/or its own examination of the Equipment. Bidders take the Equipment under the express understanding that there are no express or implied warranties.

When Vocon announces that any specific property is "SOLD", the title for that property shall pass to the successful bidder, who then and there assumes the full risk and responsibility for the property. All property shall be removed from the sale premises by the buyer and/or buyer's representative at his/her/its own risk and expense, and within the time period announced and/or posted by Vocon, except as provided for herein.

Immediate possession of all equipment upon proper settlement. All purchases must be picked up within 10 days of the sale date. Titles will be mailed 10 banking days after proper settlement. Certain equipment consigned to this auction may be sold as part of an equipment exchange, pursuant to Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, and the rights of the consignor under the Contract to Auction may be assigned to a third party Qualified Intermediary. This notice appears as a matter of record only.
