Please note that items listed are sold "As Is/Where Is." While Housby takes pride in offering accurate photos and information, collection procedures are based largely on the visible condition of equipment's major systems and features. Information collection is not designed or intended to detect latent defects, as physical testing and invasive diagnostics are not always available.
Bidders should acknowledge that because some defects may not be apparent, photos, videos, or descriptions of the Equipment may not disclose all defects.
