Truck does not start or drive. Truck is missing a battery. Truck does not have any power so unable to get any information that requires power. Oil leaks in multiple places under the hood & under the right side of the bed of the truck. One of the fuel tanks is missing. Crane does not operate. Coolant reservoir is not attached all the way & coolant is empty. Radiator is damaged.
