@time of inspection truck started up got video of engine running then noticed hydraulic fluid pumping out of transmission had to shut vehicle down couldn't get drivability .also water tank is not bolted to frame. Dpf fail since could not get up to operating temp to check. Some lights worked while some where disconnected or missing.
