TRUCK DIDNT HAVE ANY POWER AND NO ONE WAS ON SITE TO ASSIST. ALSO THE OWNER SAID THE CLUTCH NEEDS WORK. VALVE COVER ON THE LEFT SIDE SHOWS SIGNS OF LEAKAGE. OIL PAN, LEFT SIDE, HAS OIL SOAKED, CAKED ON DIRT. RADIATOR IS MISSING THE CAP. BATTERIES ARE FULLY DISCHARGED.
