TRUCK TURNED ON, BUT WOULD NOT START. TURNED THE KEY FOR THE MOTOR TO START, AND NOTHING, NO CLICKING, NOT A SOUND. OIL FILLER CAP ON TOO TIGHT. FRONT, LEFT SIDE OF BLOCK HAS OIL BUILD UP ABOVE THE GASKET LINE. THERE ARE DARK SPOTS ON THE GASKET LINE, BUT THEY ARE MORE RESIDUAL THAN SEEPAGE OF OIL. THE LEFT OIL PAN DRAIN PLUG HAS A LITTLE SEEPAGE OF OIL. RIGHT SIDE OF OIL PAN GASKET AND PAN HAVE HEAVY SEEPAGE AND BUILD UP OF OIL TO THE END.
