Additional Observations

Engine initially took about 45 seconds of constant cranking to start-up. Minimal black smoke was observed upon start-up. Slight engine stagger while idling, typical with delayed maintenance and old fuel. Engine needs fresh fuel for better evaluation.

Steering And Suspension Are Stiff And Make Noise, Service Engine Light Illuminated, Turbo Seals Leaking, Transmission Shifter Is Stiff And Needs Adjustment, Issues With Transmission And Oil Dip Sticks - See Report, Oil Leaks Noted, Various Body Damage/Rust.
